I’m Tei Rivera—President & ShEO of Teisila & Associates LLC, corporate change agent, empowerment coach, and legacy-building mama on a mission.

From the boardroom to the healing room, I’ve lived the transformation I now teach. With 15+ years in leadership across Sales, HR, higher ed, and healthcare systems, I’ve led major training deployments, created streamlined frameworks, executed enterprise sales strategies and coached teams across North America to move from overwhelmed to operationally excellent.

But Business Tei? Oh, she’s the visionary. The doula of dreams. I created Teisila & Associates to help professionals turn their pain into purpose, their knowledge into assets, and their energy into legacy. Whether I’m building brands, birthing healing communities, or coaching emerging leaders to 7 figures, my work is guided by radical empathy, strategy, and divine alignment.

I’m also the founder of ROOTCare™ (Collective Relatives Offering Ongoing Trustworthy Care), a cancer warrior and advocate, real estate investor (hey, Rivera Estates), and creator of the Boobie Cootie Chronicles, a raw and radiant journey of healing, resilience, and real talk.
